Refund Policy

Appointment Refunds
 

Payments for appointments are non-refundable once a consultation has occurred. This includes visits that result in a prescription, treatment plan, or medical advice.
 

Cancellations
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Appointments canceled within this window may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future visit.
 

No-Shows
 

Patients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without notice are not eligible for a refund.
